Submitting a Copyright Removal Request
To help us review your request quickly, please provide a complete and properly detailed notice. A valid copyright notice should include the following information:
- Your full legal name, company name if applicable, mailing address, and contact email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on this website where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A clear statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete Notices
Requests that do not identify the exact URL, do not identify the copyrighted work, or do not include sufficient contact and authorization information may be delayed or may not be processed. Please avoid sending vague requests such as only a title, screenshot, search keyword, or homepage link without the exact page URL.
Review and Removal
After receiving a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported material, contact the relevant party for clarification, reject invalid or abusive notices, or take other action that we believe is appropriate. We may also keep records of copyright notices and related communications for legal, security, and abuse-prevention purposes.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake, misidentification, or improper claim, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should clearly identify the removed material, the original URL, your contact details, a statement made in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringement
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users or sources that are found to repeatedly submit or provide infringing material. We may also block abusive reports, automated spam, fraudulent notices, or requests submitted with false information.
No Legal Advice
This policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights or obligations, you should consult a qualified legal professional before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
